Công thức pha dung dịch Clo loãng:
m = (c% x V/C%) x 1000
Trong đó:
+ m: lượng hóa chất cần lấy để pha (g)
+ c%: nồng độ dung dịch hóa chất cần pha (%)
+ C%: nồng độ hóa chất chứa % ban đầu
+ V: thể tích dung dịch cần pha (L).
Với hàm lượng Clo hoạt tính được sử dụng sẽ được ghi trên bao bì sản phẩm và hướng dẫn sử dụng.
Ví dụ:
➤ Để pha 10 lít dung dịch có nồng độ Clo hoạt tính 0.5% từ bột cloramin B 25% clo hoạt tính, cần: (0.5 x 10 / 25) x 1000 = 200 gram.
➤ Để pha 10 lít dung dịch có nồng độ Clo hoạt tính 0.5% từ bột canxi hypochlorite 70% hoạt tính (Clorin 70%), cần: (0.5 x 10 / 70) x 1000 = 72 gram.
